Damon is a skilled journalist and an experienced presenter. As the editor of Ouch!, the BBC’s
disability online content, Damon has his fingers firmly on the pulse of what’s happening in the UK.
He has great insight and piercing wit, which comes to light when he presents the Ouch! Podcast.

Damon Rose has been involved in disability media and arts since 1996, working as Assistant
Producer on BBC2’s From The Edge and Radio 4’s In Touch. He was also a presenter on the original
BlindKiss talk show, a humorous discussion programme online.

Away from disability, he is knowledgeable about archive TV and radio, food and comedy.
Damon is a blind presenter and he works with his assistance dog, Ulric.
